Choi Kwang Do
I took a few months worth of classes back in the 90s.
It's an off-shoot of TKD. The founder modified the techniques from purely linear strikes to more elliptical motions. He felt that this increased power and caused less stress on the joints. There is more emphasis in putting your entire body into the strikes.
Fitness-wise the class was a great workout.
But they don't spar because they're too deadly.
Their self-defence moves are somewhat iffy, especially against the knife. The ground-work that I saw might work against an untrained, unmotivated, physically weak person.
Maybe their training has evolved some since then.
