I think most folks don't talk about their past relationships because its rude and that's the last thing most women want to hear - just imagine how a date would go if a guy talked about how much he and his ex-girlfriend were in love (strike one - she doesn't want to hear about how awesome of a couple they were and the romantic things they used to do together) and had a shitty break-up (strike two - looking for reasons to break up already, right?
