In wrestling you can't have the arm past a 90 degree angle on somebody's back I believe. So if you're standing I can't imagine it being too hard to escape as all you have to do is punch down really hard and spin. If he's on top of you however, you just have to fight it out. It's one of those moves where the best way to counter it is to not be in there in the first place.
