The is a true motivation behind Muay Thai, many are in it to show off, to win, to prove something but very few know it is to build one's Heart- to train your Heart to relax and to see how deep/ tough your own Heart is. From this perspective, your trainer, your fellow sparring partners and your fight opponent is just a Tool to train your own Heart.
