whether it should or it shouldn't be, it simply is.

Women have a different morphology to men, differing levels of physical attributes, and different psychological and emotional reactions to violence. That doesn't mean for one second that a woman cannot be taught to be as an effective fighter as a man, but is the way you achieve that goal is through specific methods.

I have been teaching female self-protection for over ten years, and many ladies have come to me with training in other arts, where they were taught to fight like a male. I always put them up against my male students, and their approach falls down under pressure 100% of the time. Thats not because a woman can't fight, its just because they have been taught to fight like something they aren't, like an insect, a monkey, or a man.

Teach a woman to fight like a woman, using her natural attributes, the skills and movement that she is naturally adept in. Teach her the holes in a man's game, to cheat, to circumvent, to be unfair, to shock, to overwhelm, to survive and to escape.
