Do men and women 'fight' differently? By harlan - 06-05-2008 09:05 PM

It's been on my mind for a bit...so I asked my husband. One day we're driving somewhere, and I ask him, 'Do you think men and women fight differently?' He looked at me sideways, trying to gauge my mood. LOL!

'Well, in a fight, I don't care what the PC folks tell you, size and mass matters...and a woman is probably going to lose.'

I replied, 'Who said anything about physical fighting? That was YOUR first thought.'

'Oh, well if you mean do I think that men and women think of fighting as different...I'd say yes. A guy dukes it out, and it's over. A woman...even after the physical part is over as far as she is considered you are still fighting. And a woman doesn't just consider punching a weapon...she'll use poisen and kill you.'

I smiled and replied, 'Honey...you are smarter than you look.'

What do you think? Is there a gender difference in what is considered 'fighting'?
