Here in Thailand there are massage joints everywhere.Both Thai traditional massage and the other happy kind.Thai massage is world famous and is actually very strenuous and even painful but it does make you feel very loose and relaxed.
On this subject,I can definitely recommend this massage machine called ceragem.Many people here,especially old people,suffer greatly from body pain and arthritis,mostly because they are mostly rice farmers which is very rough work.I bought this ceragem machine for my girlfriend's mother,who claims after using it is the first time in 40 years she can sleep without pain.Now people come from all over village to use machine.One woman who could not straighten her legs for 20 years now is able to do so,and the village headman used it and can now lift his arms over his head for first time in many years.
This machine is from Korea,and I have also heard some people in US are suing the company for making false claims,but I own no stock in this company and can only speak from my own experience.
The one drawback is it is quite expensive.In USD it costs about 3000 bucks. |
