guys i talked to a nutritionist on many occasions, and the sugar thing isnt a bad thing, as long as its done in moderation, and usually after a workout. it helps give your body back some of the things its missing, expecially after a really hard hard muscular workout.

i know that wont be a popular statement, but its true.

the thing that i tell my fighters is to remember moderation. we all get together and have a drink or two sometimes (like 1 time every 2 months) and that helps keep the dojo like a family instead of a place to just go workout. also the so called junk food.

when im on a very good diet i try to have at least a cheat day or two in the week somewhere. again i practice moderation, i dont have a large pizza, and icecream if you know what i mean lol.

it works, and keeps you from wanting to purge or pig out on some junk food or chocolate when you went without for so long.
