Oops just remembered you said without gloves on Ghost,anticipation and keeping your head out of the action are always good things to work on for bare knuckle imho,failing that as a reaction pick it of on the elbow/inside forearm if poss.

I simply agree with you 100%, its exactly the same list id teach. I think pat downs and so on are fine for gloves but i dont beleive in it for no glove defense.
I think the move and simultaneous counter is a nice one against those that uppercut a lot regardless of gloves. Nice move that you can lead them on wiht and then use.
Ive recently been veering more towards the simultaneous defend and counter techniques, im teaching them more and more. Im not sure why, i think im just really feeling them at the moment lol.
