You know what I don't get.... and i don't mean this to be disrespectful.

Why would someone pay a seminar fee for a black belt when their instructor is already a black belt and a good one at that?

If you're a white/blue belt which most schools are made up of, do you really think there is going to be much value add for the $? Have you tapped your instructor of so much information that you need the supplementation? Doesn't your black belt instructor already have too much information for you?

I can see getting instruction from a fresh perspective but I think that it isn't worth the $. I think most people attend these guest seminars due to the star status effect or simply to support their instructor and guest star.

What do y'all think?
