Mostly for my curiosity and to which I might aspire to learn, which Kung Fu's are the oldest/traditional. I have always preferred the real traditional ways, for example if I were to take a kick boxing sort of martial art, I would easily take Muay Thai over MMA. Either way I just want a view from experienced martial artists to see what Kung Fu's are the most traditional or the most effective.
