Hey guys I just got word the the application is on the iStore and now available to download!!!
Just search for "Gi Subs" in the itunes store.
I just downloaded the app and some of the techniques are for more advanced BJJ practitioners. There is a choke from inside the guard which I have never seen before.
BTW..He has a no-gi instructional coming out on the iPhone/iPod touch next month. |
