Hey grahf1,

Boxing works is a good place to train. The facility is great more than anything.

I don't take any classes, but I do train there. I use the facility which is great. There are numerous kicking/punching bags, speed bags, and also a ring to compete in.

(The reason I don't take classes there is because I train with another instructor.)

As for Wrestling, Erik Paulson teaches on Wed nights. He is a well known person in shoot fighting.

As for other places: There is South Bay JKD in Hermosa Beach.
(This was Burton Richardson's old school.)

Dan Inosanto's academy is a 20 min drive in Marina Del Rey area.

Also, you have the Machados academy in Torrance. (which I have heard is better than the Gracie's actually.)

There are a lot of choices!
