He needs legwork on the mat, He needs stamina work, and he needs a bit more discipline. Other than that he is solid. Hes only 23. So he has lots of time to hone his skills.
As for him losing against Serra? Dream on. Lindland was Olympic silver and he had trouble taking Baroni down. Baroni almost Koed him as well. Almeida was Lindands schoolgirl, and he is a dam good grappler. Phil would pound Matt into the ground. No offense to Serra. But his chin would not withstand Baronis fists.
