Ideal diet and exercise program for a small petite girl?
Hey guys, I'm trying to get a girl to incorporate some exercise and a proper diet in her life. Since she leads a busy and stressful life, I thought that a good diet at least would give her more energy and feel better. What would you recomend for a a 5'1 101lb girl? (She's half Viet and Chinese, hence the small size) Exercise programs? I was thinking jogging 2-3x's a week? But diet wise maybe more salads, white meat and stuff. I hear white rice isnt that great for you, only brown rice.
So how about some advice? What kind of things should she be eating, quick exercise programs? Please help!
