Strong stomach muscles are very important in Jiu Jitsu.
I HATE to do any type of sit ups, but I realize that having these muscles toned is so important in many situations on the ground.
There are many ways to keep them in shape.
I try to sit on the floor when watching TV and keep my head up off the floor, keeping my stomach muscles tight.
during commercials, I try to do some sit ups and stretching.
Instead of just sitting on the couch, try to do some stretching and some light exercises.
