Default Kick the Tree

What do you do for shin conditioning? I'm well aware that blocking a good fighters roundhouse will definately hurt......so could do with some tips!
Well Bri Thai, before I really knew anything about Muay Thai I thought that all Thai Boxers spend 5 hours a day kicking trees and the rest of their time rolling bottles up and down their shins to kill the nerve endings but after talking to a lot of proffesional boxers it seems that those methods are best left to Van Damme.

The best way to condition your shins is simply repetative kicking of bags and pads. It may not seem very quick but over time your body conditions to the constant impact. Any faster methods such as kicking palm trees simply results in injuries.

Hope that helped
