That is one extreme workout...
a typical day at our class would be
a few reps running around the mat
various kinds of crunches about 100 reps.
4 kinds of push ups 25 reps each.
stretching
then do techniques...
then last 15 mins or so spar...
thats about it...
sounds wimpy huh.
