PentjakSilat, I think I know what you're talking about. Erik Paulson talks about "puke drills" all the time in his training. One variation he does is out in a field with a partner and some thai pads. He'll double kick the pads all the way down the field, then turn and sprint down and back. Repeat till the round is over or you puke. But I bet you could do some different stuff with that, like...

1. Double kick pads down the field
2. Sprint down and back
3. 30 skips knees
4. Sprint down and back
5. Pummel for neck control with partner for a given time
6. Sprint down and back

Repeat or add more variables, I've heard other things called "puke drills", but these are the kind I like.
