Brazzilian Ju-Jitsu!

BJJ is definatley more benefical. They say 90% of fights go to the ground.

Learning BJJ is a great art. I read a storey once about a BJJ family, They were all in the late 60's+. Any way the would take on boxers, wrestlers, streetfighters etc. from all around the world and win, in NO RULE BARRED competitions (I MEAN NO RULES)
