Since this is a BJJ forum I wont diss BJJ too muchbut 90% is probably an exagerrated figure. Either eway I love BJJ to death but I really want to get a head start with striking first and Sambo gives a good base for further ground fighting arts. I dunno tho. I am taking them to fight in the streets. I don't want to rely on just ground techniques.
I'm going to ask about the BJJ and the Sambo. If the Sambo they teach has a lot to offer then I'll stick to that for a lil bit until I get a good base.
I heard Sambo is very leg lock orientated which is very well complemented with BJJ which ic as more of a arm lock/choke style.
BTW I love BJJ too death and even if I dont take it in the future for sure, FUTURE BLACK BELT MAYBE??? ahaha I hope so
