Well, after my last trip to California and the Gracie Academy in February of this year I have basically been off the mat with a sore lower back.... Only in the last week have I began hittin the mats again. First thing I did after I realized my back might be able to handle the rollin once again was check the net for flights back to California....can u believe $88 dollars each way, from Niagara Falls Canada, a 5 in a half hour flight......hadta book, so looks like October will be another trip.....havn't been on the board in a long time, hope everyone is doing well, man it's been a long time since I have been here......
