It's difficult to give much feedback without more data. You could be over-training on the weights. Alternatively, you could be in need of some better stretching work. Of course, you could be just out of shape and experiencing the normal pain of getting into shape. Difficult to tell without more specific information.
Question: Do you have any prior neurological damage to your siatic nerve? Have you ever had or is there a family history of hip problems? Have you ever received medical attention for a hip problem?
