Um, guys, I don't think that this thread is headed in a constructive direction. Can we loose the ad homynym attacks? Either that or take it off line.
FYI -- One of my customers is the Telecommunications Ministry of Vietnam. I need to go over there sometime soon, so I'll let 'ya know.
