Not always.

What alot of people don't know is it's very hard to kick to the head area. The head is an easy target to miss and if you do miss you will usually have your back or side left unprotected to your opponent.

Make that mistake in a street fight against a good opponent and you could be the quietest thing in church that week.

What does quietest thing in church that week mean?

Laying on your back in a pine box while your friends and family morn your death.

I know that's a bit to the point ,but you have to know these things when you attempt a attack. If i miss do i leave myself exposed to a serious counter attack?

Also.........
If you're going to attempt a Muay Thai kick. You better have the legs and power of a Muay Thai kicker.Muay Thai kicks work because of the way they train.I don't think they kick trees anymore ,but they still work on their legs alot.
