Default I Have a question on Carbohydrates..

Ok, i want to lose a little weight because i wanna move down in the ranks in weight..


so..

Some guys say eat pasta for lots of energy and work it off hardcore when you train and you'll still lose weight and burn it off easy..

some say don't eat pastas, bread at all!

i'm confused.. someone help me on this issue..


is it safe to eat pastas?
