Yea Binski..i've read your posts..you seem to be "applying" yourself...i however have not been..!!....
...im not the biggest of guys(maybe thats good)..im 5'8"maybe 8 1/2...........i dont even know what i weigh now...i have weighed as much as 205 with a 39 inch waist and a 16 inch arm....now im no more than 180 maybe only 175 with a 32 to 33 inch waist and a 14 inch arm....so i've pretty much been in "get rid of the fat" mode...didnt take but a few months my metabolism was always fast i was always skinny and then i started lifting weights and eating way too much and ended up a little "fat"... now that i think i know "how" to lift weights i wanna get up to about 190 and start competing..!!.........
...do i do any cardio....well sort of and not really...i train on the wavemaster like a mad man...and way to often....it's hard not to i just love to punch.....i have been doing about "6 rounds" on the heavy bag a day/everyday(overkill i know)..and for the last 6 times ive did about "6 rounds" with about 10 extra minutes tagged on the end of me just "trying to kill it"....and i lift weights 4 days a week(top one day, bottom the next, twice a week)...i dont run ..i dont ride a bicycle....i think i have "naturally high" endurance(if that exists)....when i was younger like when i was 13 and 14 i was a runner like non other...i would run 8 miles from one "small town" to the next and back within about a 8 minute mile (i know not the greatest.... i am just a normal dude)...so being that young i dint really know what kind of shoes to wear(sometimes i didnt even wear any) or not to run on the black top...so i think ill try and take it easy on my leg joints........
......i agree i need a trainer and a somebody to beat on my head..and ill be ready
...what do you think of the "toughman contest" does it look "easy" to you..??..
