#1 find a teacher or join a boxing gym or something.
#2 get some cardio going if you want to compete any time in the near future.
#3 stop training everyday
#4 dunno about your weights, my only advice here is if you need more muscle, then work it into your skills development schedule, if you do it for fitness, then your probably doing something pretty close to 'right.'
You need to rest. I train 6 days and rest 1 currently. Rest is very important for ALL levels of development - if you have worked the bag for 26 days straight then you NEED to lay off.
Id rest for a week if I were you and start a new cycle or whatever in a week or so, all rested and charged. Work the bag a few nights a week, get in a fat cardio session every training day or so, work your weights as appropriate, rest whenever tired, and for god sakes get a teacher and start shadowboxing.
