Lightbulb ryan, you know what?

You've been, so far, the only guy who's really came through, and made himself clear.

I'm saying that to me, martial arts isn't really about beating the other guy up, but more of a way to push myslef. Martial arts, is really the only sport that I've really been interested in. I probably learn about a dzen techniques, in Karate. But I still consider myself as a Boxer, or a Kickboxer. That's why I suck at sparring. I can Jab, but I'm not going to lunge and reverse punch to the solar plex when the going get's tough.

The reason I really didn't Brent Tibbets post, was that I'm tired of old nasty mo@#%fu@#'s using Martial Art's for commercial reasons. I mean my sensei hate's money. Obviousely, he doesn't let anyone train for free, but he also keeps his reates reasonable. There should be food in his belly, and extra cash in his pocket. But he doesn't own a house, and he certainly doesn't have his own Goddamned bell boy.

Take for example, that mofo who we call Billy Blanks. He thinks he can persuade people that doing aerobic exercise is going to help people lose wieght? I know people who doe Tae Bo on a regular basis, and haven't lost an inch. I've been working out for a long time, and Unless I dieat,or use supplements, I can lose weight.

I use martial art's as a means of athletic ability. People look at me and they say, " Hey man, I didn't even know you can run a mile. You don't look like that kind of guy. I mean, you suck at martial arts, but You ran a mile faster that me? How. I can ****in school you."

I like that reaction, because I know that I can do thing's better than other poepl, without being cocky about it.

And no, martial art's shouldn't be used as a weight loss tool.
