This is my martial arts routine. I do it twice every saturday. Once in the morning, and once in the evening, or afternoon.
Stretching 5 min
Jump Rope 3 rounds
Shadow Box 2 rounds
Heavy Bag 3 rounds
Speed Shadow Box 2 rounds
Speed heavy bag 1 round
Kickboxing 3 rounds
Jump rope 1 round
Shadow Boxing 1 round
Sit-ups 1x40
Push-ups 1x20
