How is this "...not what this forum is for."? So when someone comes to this forum and makes believe he is someone else the person he is claiming to be SHOULDN'T explain to people that it IS NOT him?

If someone else is saying things and telling people they are ME I SHOULD let people know the person is a liar. What if the person claims to have child porn or something equally sick? Will YOU take the blame for me since YOU, in all your great wisdom and tolerance, don't want me letting anyone know this other person was NOT me?
