To those who don't know Ian, he has fought in 3 UFC competitions to date.
He's currently nursing some busted ribs but hopes to be back in action very soon.

I'd like to say he's worth his weight in gold to Choke Athletic.
It's also a nice touch him making that point of contact with everyone out here.

Ian, I'd like to know more about your fight stable. I know that we're all going over to Russia soon, but I'd like to hear what kind of training the guys are are doing with you??
I understand that the Russian fighters are tough people.
