How do know when a heavy bags to hard? I've have gotten sores on my hands from hitting mine with 16oz boxing gloves. I would like to hit on it everyday but I can't because my hands are
to sore or cramped. Also, I have read that when you buy a filled bag you should restuff it because it is machine stuffed and packed to tight, is this true. Thanks in advance.
