This could be anything. Were are the sores and what are they like? Does it hurt your wrists? How heavy is the bag?
I think people are too blase about their hands, you need to look after them.
If you do want to punch one, and punch it alot, it may be better to buy proper bag gloves as well as hand wraps. Also build up the power and rounds on the bag over time. |
