Ok, by "front head lock" I mean when you have one of your arms around his neck and your other arm around his shoulder/neck. It's sorta like a overgrown guillotine choke. The " inside cradle" is a technique used in wrestling. From a front headlock, drag your opponent down to his knees ( he should be on all fours). From there, grab one of his legs and pull it towards you while still keeping control of the side of his neck. Then, pull his leg towards his head and his head towards his knee. It's a very uncomfortable position for your opponent, not to mention that his trapped head is an excellent target for your knee
