Nice info, don't know if it's really functional, but nevertheless a good read. So tell me, have you personally tried this training method? There's other ways of training your wrists you know, I have never done "Iron Cross" push ups but my wrists are really strong and they never buckle when I punch a heavy bag or other people. And just because that dude can do those push ups doesnt mean squat about how good a fighter he is. Not criticizing anyone, just my personal opinion.
