Yes I do train with the iron crosses. My wrist don't buckle either, but I bet you can't do 1 iron cross push up. I bet your master or trainer or however you train under can't do it either. It sounds like a lot of shit, but the fact is if you haven't heard of this then neither have they. Try it!!!!! There are other ways of training your wrist, but this is the BEST. You won't need another way this is the BEST.

Your a dumbass ain't nobody talkin about how good anybody can fight, we're talkin about wrist alignment and wrist strength. Go **** sumthin and get rid of the testosterone.
