Exactly what jcolvin said. If your talking about ma training it depends on your goals. Do you want to be a world class fighter? Or just maintain what you have? If you want to get into the ring as a serious fighter then train 6 days a week. If just for fitness 3-4 days a week(no less than three). It really depends on what you want to do. Theres much more to this of course how you train is very important. Also your trainer needs to be competent. Give more details.
