your better off laying off it for a while & just do something easy - maybe stretching. iv'e always been of the mind that if i got any problem i just tell the instructor straight away & always get the reply "don't use it for now or you'll just make it worse as your in pain because your body is telling you that it needs rest", iv'e always done this & i've always recovered faster than someone with the same injury trying to train around it.
take a break - we all need them sometimes
