Work on your timing. Have your coach or a partner throw jabs at you and practice slipping inside and out.
As you slip inside:
Simultaneously throw a right cross at his exposed left rib, left uppercut to either the chest or jaw and then get back into jabbing range.
Simultaneously throw an overhand right at his cheek (unless he doesn't tuck his chin, go for the jaw line). Then L upper cut, R cross.
Slip outside:
R uppercut under his guard and into his chin to pop his head up, then left hook immediately as his head pops up.
