I run 3-4 times per week, and do strength training and/or bag work 3-4 times per week.
I work on Muay Thai 3-4x/wk, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu 2x/wk and Kali once/wk.
I used to do much more B-J-J, and feel that one hour twice a week is barely enough to maintain my skills - saying nothing about improvement. My kali skills won't be getting any attention from Dan Inosanto any time soon, needless to say.
