With a bit of streching everyday and see a good osteopath you will be able to do some light work on your back to repair it .
Do some Qi gong on your days off or some soft arts ie tai chi kung fu , karate kata, very healthy.
I fractured my back about 4 years ago now , i can lift whatever the **** i want and train as much as i like .
Take it a bit easy.
stretching daily will repair and strengthen your back in no time combined with Qi gong and a good diet , you cant go wrong.
