Yeah i fractured my back jumping off cliffs into water , not shallow water very deep water , i landed kinda sideways and half upside down . It was about 35 feet , iwas a bit fatiged , as id been out on the booze the night before , just playin silly buggers..
I couldnt walk without pain for months..
I couldnt sleep on my back for ages.
Healthy diet with lots of meals.
No drugs of any kind , mybe Alchol when you are really sore , dont over indulge though.
Your body has to be in perfect balance if you want any hope of getting better.
Stess less dotn get worked up over things , this will also hinder your improvement.
Qi gong = Kung fu , Meditation ,Stretching , tai chi
yoga , Karate Katas done slower ,
All these arts are criticised by alot of Hardcore Kickboxers..
When most people dont realise they are more what i call "building arts" than anything . Especially the karate kata , they are excellant for nursing injuries or doing on your training days off.I think of them as healing and repairing forms..
