When you say leg kicks, you mean round house?
Then best thing is to simply have your partner throw roundhouse kicks at you and you leg/shin block them.
It better than hitting trees in my opinion as your are also learning how to read and react to a kick, whilst conditioning.
You will get lumps and bumps on lumps and bumps !
But in time you will get a calcium build up,
also the nerves will become less sensitive.
It's not so much that thai boxers can endure extreme physical shin pain, they simply dont feel it as much !
