As for the class I agree with JamieFighter. The other thing that I would stress is what you do outside of class. First, you really need to improve your cardio. This will improve your endurance and recovery. Second, you need to practice. If you want to improve you have to put the work in. If you can't work with someone every day then do some shadowboxing. If you can do this in a mirror so that you can see any errors you are making. Finally, you are going to have to start a weight training program to complement you MA goals. Also, watch your diet.
