Default Choke escapes

Make a fist. Stick out middle finger, while keeping it bent at a 90 degree angle. It should make a box. Find friends rib cabe. Rub around ribs while pushing into the ribs. This is a great way to get out of a good choke as it will distract someone for a millisecond for you to get some breathing room. It might not work against experienced grapplers, but have someone get you in a good headlock and try it. You just have to find the spots on their side that hurts. Me and my friends wrestle all the time, and I use a mixture of BJJ and pressure point knowledge to win, lol.

(Not guaranteed to work in self-defense situations, but hella fun if your wrestling. Chi points people!)
