It is more of a Westernised art and you will be hard pressed to find a JKD school in Hong Kong, especially a good one. If you want to learn something similar to JKD (infact Bruce Lee's basis for JKD) the greatest Ving Tsun schools in the world are in Hong Kong, and it is just as good, if not better than JKD.

But as for JKD, unfortunately I don't like your chances.
