That reminds me of something from wing chun that i see in pics.

Another way is to work on your boxing skills alone. Proper form, technique with a focus on light, quick punching. If you're not built like Butterbean or Mike Tyson, then you shouldn't try to throw one punch KOs. Rather learn to use your legs and hips properly - i find myself having to work on this every once in a while.

Once you can throw a good punch, work behind your jab and putting together punch combos to wear your opponents body down and work on foot work, feinting etc.
