Default good point!

make sure you bracket or support can take the weight of the bag.

my bag is filled half with sand and half with rags but all the sand has settled at the bottom now which is great for shin kicks but the middle to top is really soft to hit. you can turn the bag upside down and hit the bottom to dislodge the sand and spread it out abit but its only short term solution. if i fill it totally with sand then it will be too heavy.

i am thinking of trying rice or something

hope this helps
