I seem to have problems not defending my art
Please understand that i do not want opions i want truthfull facts for this thread.
A lot of people have problems with TKD.... why does TKD "suck" and is a "waste of time" I am not talking about Mcdojo's either. Taekwon-do as it is ment. Ranging from olypic Taekwon-do to tournement to street fights. What is the problem with the art or sport.
And i have a challage also tell me how to improve this kick
